These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively by the courts in Buea – Cameroon.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Toilcam with respect to your use of this website. These terms and conditions supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

PAYMENT GUARANTEE POLICY
We don’t accept nor hold any credit or debit card information. Bookings or reservations will be deemed confirmed on receipt of full payment or 50% deposit. Toilcam reserves the right to release bookings without prior notice if full payment is not received on time. Confirmation is also subject to receiving all guest names, particularly for multiple room bookings. 

Booking reference and proof of payment must also be presented by the guest upon check-in, accompanied by passport or ID verification.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Free changes or cancellations of booking is permitted at least 48 hours before arrival. Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours before arrival are not subject to a refund. Hotel management reserves the discretion to deviate from this policy on specific room types when cancellation is less than 48 hours before arrival.

EARLY DEPARTURE
At check in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, price is subject to change.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the booking contains or resulted from a mistake or error.

​ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
 
Check in: 14:00 hours/2.00pm. Earlier access is subject to availability on day of arrival.
Check out: 12.00 hours/12.00pm. For guests requiring a later check-out, a fee equal to 50% of the room rate is applicable up to 18:00 hours/6.00pm and a full night’s rate is required after this time.
 
Identification: All guests must present a valid identification at time of check in.
 
OTHER INFORMATION
 
* Pets/Smoking: No pets or service animals are allowed. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the premises.
* Minimum Age
There must be at least one guest of minimum 21 years of age, with a valid identification (ID or Passport) in their name, presented upon check-in. This guest must be holding the payment for the travelling party against this credit card.
